In 2008, Tony Youssef founded Universal Cleaners Inc. with a mission to redefine cleaning and facility maintenance services across Ontario. With a background in Business, Quality Assurance, and Customer Service. He transformed a small startup into a province-wide success story.
He continues to lead UCI’s operations across Southern Ontario, driven by integrity, innovation, and a vision to deliver unmatched janitorial excellence. Tony also gives back to the community through annual fundraisers supporting animal shelters. It shows a reflection of his compassion and leadership.
