Tony Youssef

President & Founder
​Since 2008, Tony Youssef has been on a mission to bring a higher standard of care to Ontario’s commercial cleaning and facility services industry. Furthermore blending his expertise in Quality Assurance with a “customer-first” mentality, he has successfully scaled UCI into a trusted, province-wide partner for facility maintenance.

​Tony remains the driving force behind UCI’s innovation and daily operations, his heart is also rooted in the community. An avid supporter of animal welfare, his annual fundraisers for local shelters reflect the same compassion and leadership that he brings to every UCI client.
A part of UCI since day one, Rozalin Youssef plays a vital role in business growth and client satisfaction. With years of hands-on experience in operations and supervision, Rozalin understands every level of cleaning management.

Today, she leads our Business Development & Sales division, securing high-end accounts and expanding UCI’s reach across Ontario. Ultimately, her leadership ensures every client experiences the professionalism and care that define Universal Cleaners Inc.
