Marta joined our Universal Cleaners team in 2020 as a Senior Operations Manager. Marta first entered the Janitorial Industry over ten years ago and quickly advanced through the ranks. Over the course of her profession Marta advanced to a position where she was responsible in managing and facilitating the cleaning in various commercial buildings ranging from Condominiums, Medical Clinics, Retail Stores, Industrial Plants and Institutional across Southern Ontario. Her passion and commitment to excellence and maintaining a high level of customer service made Marta an ideal fit to join our management team.
Rami joined our Universal Cleaners team in the middle of 2020 as a Sanitation Supervisor and has been in this part of the industry for over 10 years. Working with some of Canada's most reputable Food Plants, Rami was recruited by our Company as a Supervisor at one of our highly demanding accounts. During his Supervisory role, Rami demonstrated exceptional management skills of his team, knowledge of the industry, achieved exceptional cleaning results and exceeded our Clients expectation. In 2021, Rami was tasked to Supervise multiple locations with the challenge of maintaining our Company's high standards, exceeding customer expectations and maintaining a high employee morale and he achieved all expectations. In 2022, Rami was promoted as an Operations Manager for his exceptional track record and continues to manage these same accounts where our clients and employees have grown to love him. Pasquale Romano joined Universal Cleaners Inc. in April 2008 and was a vital part in supporting our Company’s operations. Pasquale over the years developed strong leadership skills in managing multiple locations, employees and expanded his skills in the specialty services sector of the Janitorial industry. A thorough knowledge and experience in carpet washing, floor polishing and grout cleaning made Pasquale the perfect fit to become Universal’s Specialty Services Manager in early 2018. This role was created with the ever-growing demand of our Company Profile specific to these services. Pasquale to date manages multiple specialty services teams for our Company and continues to assure all projects are completed in a satisfactory and timely manner. We at International Freight Systems recently contracted Universal Cleaners to clean our building. We knew they had been here the second we walked in the door. Our building had never smelled so clean! Not only did it smell good, everything was spotless!! We knew the building was quite dirty but didn’t realize how bad it was until Universal came in. They did everything asked of them but went above and beyond doing a Deep cleaning. They provided us with a list of all their services and what would be done weekly, monthly and quarterly.
